A carefully curated three-course festive dinner
A creamy, earthy blend of broccoli and savoury broth with a touch of blue stilton served with artisan bread rolls.
Slow-cooked savoury ham hock along, infused with brandied plum, apricot chutney and accompanied with baby leaves drizzled in olive balsamic vinaigrette and served with ciabatta bread.
Golden glazed crown of turkey traditionally served with chestnut sage & onion stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, honey roast parsnips, brussels sprouts and carrots with port wine & cranberry gravy.
Vibrant mix of roasted cauliflower and sweet potato infused with honey and aromatic spices, rolled in pastry and topped with Swiss Gruyère cheese and served with creamy tomato basil sauce.
Chocolate sponge gateaux layered with Irish cream, caramel mousse topped-off with a delicious profiterole.
Selection of artisanal cheeses served with crackers, prunes, grapes, celery, classic branston pickle
